Returns Policy

Return of Unused Equipment:
We will gladly accept returns of unused equipment within 21 days from date of purchase under the following conditions:
  • You purchased the equipment from our company. (Goods purchased from any of our authorized dealers should be returned to the dealers after following the dealer’s return instructions.)
  • You have contacted our Support Department (easygreenfactory@gmail.com) to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • The equipment is in original, unused condition.
  • We receive the equipment in its original packaging, containing all parts and accessories.
  • You mail your returns to us by UPS, insured at your expense. (We apply a 20% restocking fee based on the original invoice.)Please send your returns to:EasyGreen Service Center, 3800 Happy Lane, Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95827
  • Goods purchased under a special promotion or sale will be charged an additional 10% of the official retail price.
  • We reimburse credit card orders on the original credit card used for purchase only.
  • Refusal to accept a shipment of an order placed by telephone or by using our shopping cart will result in a shipping charge for both ways, in addition to the restocking fee. This is in effect also for special ‘sales’ or promotions that our company conducts from time to time.
Goods damaged during transport: Goods purchased from one of our dealers and damaged during transportation between the dealer and the end user should be returned to the dealer. Goods shipped from our stores should be returned only after receiving a Return Authorization Number from our Service Center.

Warranty Service

You may purchase our Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty for a period of either 24 or 36 months or for 5 years from date of purchase. Extended warranties are available only when purchased with the equipment.

Standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Important: We require evidence of original purchase
for warranty or extended warranty service. Elements of Warranty: EasyGreen Factory guarantees for 4 months from the date of purchase, to the original retail purchaser only, this product to be free of defect in material and craftsmanship subject to the following limitations and exclusions: This warranty is invalid if the product is:
  • Damaged or not maintained as reasonable or necessary.
  • Modified, altered or used improperly.
  • Serviced or repaired by an unauthorized non-factory person.
  • Used in conjunction with any equipment or parts not manufactured or supplied by Seed & Grain Tech.
Statement or Remedy: In the event that this product does not conform to this warranty at any time while in effect, at our discretion, EasyGreen Factory shall either repair or replace the defective part and return it to you without charge. The original retail purchaser shall be responsible for shipping the defective part back to EasyGreen Factory Co. service center in accordance with the instructions in our Returns Policy above. The limited warranty set forth above is the sole and entire warrant pertaining to this product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether expressed, implied or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warrant does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages. Orders shipped to any destination outside the USA cannot be accepted back under any circumstance. Procedure for obtaining warranty service: E-mail our Support Team at easygreenfactory@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Include evidence of original purchase and a note describing the problem.  Please include your full name, mailing address, and a telephone number where we may reach you. We will provide a return shipping address, together with the return authorization number. Pack the product in a sturdy box marked “RETURNS” and with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible. EasyGreen will return your repaired or exchanged goods from our Service Center by standard mail (8-12 days). For Priority USPS mail (3 days), please include a check or money order for $20.00.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
