ANSWER

Seed Prep

  • Measure out 1 Tablespoons of seed for each tray you wish to plant.

Soaking

  1. Transfer your seeds into a small bowl.
  2. Add 3 Tablespoons of cool water for each Tablespoon of seeds (60-70 degrees) .
  3. Mix seeds up to assure all seeds get thoroughly coated.
  4. Allow seeds to Soak for 8-12 hours.

"Plant" Your Seeds

  1. Over a sink, distribute the seeds evenly around your sprouting tray. (Your soak water will drain through the holes in your tray. Or you can drain the trays over a houseplant so the water isn't wasted. It contains good nutrients.)
  2. Put your tray into the EasyGreen. Voila!
