Water Consumption

If you use more than one EasyGreen machine and notice a different rate of water consumption while comparing the machines, this is normal. The mist generator motors have an acceptable tolerance, some run faster than others resulting in different water consumption rates. The time the machine is operating on each cycle is around 15 minutes (per timer activation). i.e It oxygenates the sprouts for the same period. The duration of oxygenation is important not the amount of water misted. Sprouts thrive with minimum water and maximum oxygen, contrary to some common believes. As long as the sprouts grow healthy and are mold free, you are doing fine.
