Sprouted Lentil Taboulé
- 3 cups red lentil sprouts
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/2 head celery
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes
- all chopped
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Add salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
